The Association of Public Data Users (APDU) is pleased to announce the 2023 Data Storytelling Awards!
We are soliciting creative and meaningful stories driven by publicly available data (for example, data from the Census Bureau or Bureau of Labor Statistics) that blend numbers, narrative, and graphics.
About the Award:
APDU is updating its long-running Data Viz Awards to emphasize the importance of storytelling to communicate trends and insights to a variety of audiences, making data more accessible for community members and decision makers.
APDU welcomes submissions from:
- Federal, State, and Local Government
- Non-profit and research organizations, including academic institutions
- Private sector firms, consultancies, and advocacy groups
