Before our data storytelling workshop in November, gather some inspiration from APDU’s 2023 Data Storytelling Award Winner: Professors Sara Queen and Tania Allen from NC State University will share their presentation, Challenging Neutrality: A Closer Look at Confederate Memorialization in the U.S., a powerful data-based, visual demonstration of how the construction of confederate memorials coincided with Jim Crow segregation and reactionary protests to the Civil Rights Movement.
The webinar will be on September 26th at 3pm. Click below to register.
