Conference Hotel Information

This year's conference will be held at the Radisson Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Situated just off the George Washington Parkway, the hotel is located minutes from the historic sites of Washington, DC, Mount Vernon, and all major attractions in our Nation's Capital. Courtesy transportation is available from Reagan Washington National Airport and its Metro station, making connections convenient.

Room Rates

The room rate is $145 per night (not including tax). There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate. Early registration is advised. The guaranteed room rate has been extended until September 30, 2004. In order to obtain the special room rate, you must mention you are associated with ADPU when making your reservation.

Reservations

Reservations may be made directly with the hotel. To reserve a room, please call the Radisson Old Town Alexandria at (703) 683-6000. Reservations must be made by September 30 for the $145 per night rate. You must mention APDU when making your reservations to get the $145 rate. If you have any difficulties, please ask for the reservations supervisor.

After September 30, the hotel will continue to accept reservations from conference attendees at the prevailing room rate, subject to availability.
